Service Description
“Soca Goddess, Take Me to Carnival!” is a transformational 2-hour Zoom session designed to help you release the self-limiting beliefs that are keeping you from committing to your Carnival experience. This unique service blends subconscious reprogramming, energetic alignment, and Carnival-specific mindset coaching to address the internal blocks that stop you from playing mas. Whether it’s securing the money, getting the time off, choosing the right costume, booking your flight, or organizing accommodations, this session helps you realize that Carnival is realistic for you and clarifies the steps needed to make it happen. This session is led by Cristina Lauren — the Soca Goddess, a 10-time Carnival masquerader, lifelong Soca-lover, and holistic wellness practitioner trained in subconscious reprogramming and energetic healing. Cristina is a triple-degree graduate of the University of Toronto, holding a Master of Education (MEd), Bachelor of Education (BEd), and Bachelor of Physical & Health Education with Honours (BPHE). She is also certified as a PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Reiki Master, Thought Field Therapy® Practitioner, and Personal Training Specialist.
